Souren Sarkar, CMB, is the Founder and CEO. He has over 25 years of experience as a technology leader in the mortgage and banking arena. As CEO he drives new business development, oversees client relationships, and takes technology to new heights. His continual research provides a clear vision for Nexval and the industries it serves.

Soumen Sarkar, Founder and COO, brings vast expertise of over 25 years in operations, marketing and strategic management to Nexval. As COO of the company, Soumen is instrumental in driving profitability and top-line growth.
 
Earlier in his career, Soumen had successfully launched outsourcing efforts in India for a UK publishing group as well as a large U.S. Mortgage-backed securities firm. In 2002, Soumen co-founded Inuva Info Management, as a pioneer effort in outsourcing utilizing offshore capabilities. Inuva’s main focus was to test the waters in mortgage and banking technology by offering services out of India. By the time Inuva Info Management had a stronghold in the marketplace, it had already established itself amongst the top 3 India outsourcers in the U.S. mortgage space. Soon after, Soumen joined his brother, Souren, to launch Nexval with the vision of creating a holistic platform to deliver innovative product and service solutions for all stakeholders.

Faizi Shahidi, Head of Sales and Account Management, has over 20 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Business Research and Planning. His expertise lies in pre-sales and post-sales for Information Technology and IT Enterprise Services projects. Faizi also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Faizi has significant experience in identifying and pursuing new, sustainable, value-added business models, as well as new applications with existing and newly targeted accounts. He implemented a companywide Pipeline Review Mechanism ensuring predictability and consistency of performance. He is also actively involved with the organization’s process improvement/SEPG team.

Marie Fernandez, Chief Marketing Officer, brings 20 years of experience in managing client-agency relationships to her role at Nexval. As CMO, Marie oversees the corporation’s marketing strategy and execution of all marketing activities, including corporate branding and digital marketing, to inspire business in the mortgage and financial services space for Nexval’s multiple technologies. Marie is leading the efforts for Nexval to become a prominent force in the Miami Tech sector.

Marie’s personal achievements include winning the Hispanic Woman of Distinction award, receiving an “Outstanding Business Woman” award by the South Florida Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce, and being named President of the Advertising Federation of Miami for two consecutive years after serving on the Board in several other key positions. Marie also serves as the Chapter President of the American Advertising Federation.

Srinath Gururajarao, Chief Human Resource Officer, has over 23 years of experience in Global Human Resource Management and Strategic Leadership. He has authored multiple Patents/IP in HR, spanning Business Intelligence Tools to Predictive HR Performance models. He was awarded the top 100 Great People Manager in 2020 by Forbes^TM and Great Manager Institute^TM and was recognized with Top 100 HR Technology Minds by World HRD Congress in 2018. He is recognized as Global Top 200 thought leader to follow by People Hum in 2020 and the Top CHRO’s to follow in India by eKinCare. He is a regular keynote speaker and drives people strategies with a personal philosophy of “More Smiles per Hour of Work” creating happiness and wellbeing at work.

Srinath is certified in “People Analytics” from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania; A certified Design Thinker of Innovation from the University of Virginia (Darden School of Business). In addition, Srinath also holds certification in Global Diplomacy in the Modern World from the University of London; and “Sales Strategies” from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Sue Green, VP of Compliance and U.S. Human Resources, has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage software and solutions industry. Sue currently oversees the business side of customer success for Nexval’s Compliance and Risk Management software.  She is also responsible for maintaining the 20,000 plus compliance database of ARC’s (Audit Risk Compliance) compliance library. 

Sue earned a bachelor’s degree in English, with Emphasis in Ethnic Literature and Cross-Cultural Communication. She is Lean Six Sigma certified; and holds an SCP designation from SHRM (Society for Hunman Resource Management), and an SPHR designation from the HR Certification Institute.
